His love for the game of golf led him to take a position at Glen Oak Country Club as the Director of Food and Beverage, which he held for over two years.
Looking to further his career goal of becoming the General Manager of a local country club, Cory joins our Elkview family. Bringing with him his 18 years of restaurant experience. Cory states, “My goal here at Elkview Country Club is to bring the restaurant and service to the next level to go along with its phenomenal golf course and make this the best club in the area.”
We are excited to have Cory join our team. Cory has already hit the ground running and is in the process of working with the interview committee to hire an executive chef.
